Pay 50% to reserve your build. The remaining 50% is due when your RIGGO is completed and ready for shipment or pickup. Shipping and handling and optional upgrades are priced separately unless specifically included in your order.

How long does a RIGGO take to build?
Estimated build time is about 2 weeks after your deposit and order details are confirmed. Custom options or parts availability may affect the timeline. Shipping time is additional.
How long does the battery last?
Up to approximately 7 hours depending on what you plug into RIGGO and how much power the equipment uses. Higher-power devices can reduce runtime.
Do I need wall power to use RIGGO?
No. RIGGO is designed to operate from its integrated battery system. Wall power is used when you need to recharge the battery.
Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping is available. The $2,500 base price does not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling are calculated separately based on the destination and order.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, if you request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the deposit. After 24 hours, the deposit becomes non-refundable because production, material purchasing, and customization may begin.
When is the rest of the payment due?
The remaining 50% balance is due when your RIGGO is completed and ready for shipment or pickup. The cart will not be released or shipped until the remaining balance and any applicable shipping, handling, or approved upgrade charges are paid.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload your JPG, PNG, or PDF using the custom branding form. Custom branding costs extra, and pricing depends on the logo design, size, placement, and complexity.
Warranty
1-year limited warranty.
RIGGO includes a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, starting from delivery or pickup.
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, water or impact damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or damage caused by equipment connected to the cart. Battery runtime naturally varies with load and battery condition. Warranty service may require inspection before repair or replacement is approved.
